A. Yes it does, it's the only way that it is made. It is not a kit. 2. Q. Can I order a Proof Roof for any Window, or does it have to be stock size Andersen, Marvin or Pella?
A. We can and do make them for any size window or door.
3. Q. Do I need to be a carpenter or contractor to install a Proof Roof?
A. No, it is easy to do and any handy do-it-yourself homeowner can do the work. 4. Q. Do I have a choice of different colors?
A. Yes, we now have 29 Premium colors in Aluminum Clad with a Kynar 500 or Hylar 5000 finish. 5. Q. What can I do on the bottom of my Bay window, can Proof Roof make one?
A. We make a Cone to match the roof, but claded differently - to allow for water run off. 6. Q. I am a homeowner, where can I purchase a Proof Roof?
A. You can purchase the Proof Roof at the same time you order your window. If you need to locate a dealer, please call. 7. Q. What if I wanted the Proof Roof to match the roofing on my house?
A. You can purchase a pre-assembled roof unfinished. 8. Q. How soon can I get my Proof Roof?
A. Depending on the unit, but in most cases, 7 to 10 days. 9. Q. I am a contractor, I am working with a local distributor, I ordered an Andersen Bow window, but forgot to order the roof, what can I do now to satisfy my customer?
A. If it is an Islander White Aluminum Clad unit, stock item, we can deliver, in most cases the next day. 10. Q. I am a contractor and I am working with one of your local distributors. I have several units I want to order but, need a little help to ensure my measurements are correct.
A. Proof Roof can provide a factory staff person to take the field measurements at an additional charge.
